Dr. Yasmene earned her doctorate from Harvard School of Education. Her yoga asana training includes Level one with Baptiste yoga institute, a 200-hour certification, and art of assisting course at Baptiste power yoga Boston in Brookline, Massachusetts along with another 200-hour certification at 4warriors yoga studio in towns in Maryland. This class will unlock places we store our deepest emotions, the heart, and the hips. Lets release what no longer serves us. ⠀
